Phillip now not only teaches this class weekly at his studio in Ohio, he also takes this highly demanded class on tour across the US and we're bringing it to you Arkansas!! By purchasing a ticket to the Favored Fitness: Xtreme Hip Hop event, participant hereby voluntarily indemnifies, relases from liability, and holds harmless Highly Favored Events, Little Rock Athletic Club, and Philip Weeden for any accident, injury, illness, death, loss, damage to person or property, or other consequences suffered by participant or any other person arising or resulting directly or indirectly from participant's participation in the event. Participant is aware of the potential dangers incidental to engaging in the fitness activities of this event. In the event that participant is injured, participant agrees to assume any financial obligation, either through participant's personal health insurance, or through some other means, for any medical costs which participant incurs. Highly Favored Events, Little Rock Athletic Club, nor Philip Weeden assumes responsibility for any medical expenses, injury, or damage suffered by participant in connection with the use of any facilities or services in connection with the Favored Fitness event. Participant further agrees that participant, his/her spouse, assignees, heirs, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue or attach Highly Favored Events, Little Rock Athletic Club, and Philip Weeden for any loss or damage resulting from participant's participation in the Favored Fitness event.
Photos and video will be taken. By participating in this class you are giving both Phillip Weeden and Highly Favored Events permission to use your photo, video, and/or likeness in their advertising.
