The Shades of Beauty Expo is proud to announce the "Ambassadors of Beauty Brunch". On Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the Courtyard Minneapolis Downtown will be filled with community members looking to celebrate exceptional people who uplift, encourage, and empower women while striving to change society’s definition of "beautiful" for women of color.
After our exceptional speaker, Dr. Nekima Levy-Pounds, we will honor individuals and organizations who have worked to foster beauty by improving self-esteem, eliminating health disparities among women of color, promoting self-awareness, and motivating “Every Woman to be Totally Beautiful”. Our Ambassadors of Beauty help women of color understand that beauty begins within and is spread by helping others embrace their own God given uniqueness. The Ambassadors of Beauty Brunch is sure to uplift and inspire all who attend!
